My name is Giulia and sport has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I have practiced many different disciplines – from swimming to athletics – eventually turning my passion into a profession. After a forced break, training in the gym became the place where I rediscovered myself and developed my method. I combine hands-on experience with a scientific approach, continuously studying anatomy and biomechanics. I believe in one simple principle: Practice what you preach.
